Location : Boston, Massachusetts, United States
Duration: 8 Months Contract - extendable

• Lead global design and copy sprint workflow and execution
• Resource allocation tracking & planning
• Project management of seasonal visual design system & narrative framework creation
• Assist with updates & governance of our online Standards & Guidelines/Onboarding portal
• Document new processes and best practices as needed
• Understand the vision and strategy of our team at a macro level and be able to implement
micro level projects to execute against that strategy.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the Converse Global Digital Operations Manager, you will work with our team of Designers,
Copywriters, Operations Mangers, UX, and Experience Strategists. You will partner closely with
teams across the Digital Organization, Brand Management, and Geography teams, to deliver
creative experiences that support digital business goals.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Digital Creative Operations.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of
education and experience
• 5-8 years relevant work experience
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with various cross-functional
stakeholders, and reliably meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of project management tools like Asana, Slack, MS Office, Figma, Box
• Experience with resource management and capacity tracking
• 2-3 years of experience with paid media including paid social and online video/motion
• Proven success in data-driven strategic thinking & process optimization
• Outstanding team player and positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment,
organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• A genuine passion for digital marketing and the online space with a strong knowledge of
digital commerce, performance marketing (email, paid social and other media), A/B testing,
and UX.
