We are the industry leader in manufacturing and fabricating specialized engineered thermoplastic materials that provide a unique performance advantage. (think: Customized non-conductive parts for diverse industries). We manufacture and fabricate custom parts from drawings and sample parts (reverse engineering).

Whatare we looking for?

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Value Stream Manager (VSM) oversees the Order Fulfillment Process (from quoting through shipping and invoicing) for their assigned market.

• Responsible for the development and performance of the plant personnel that work in their value stream.
• Responsible for the direction and coordination of all production operations in their respective facility through subordinate supervisors and/or team leads.
• Manage assembly operations, machining operations, processing, treating, packaging, and shipping.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Ability to lead and influence people and teams
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
• Excellent math skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Technically competent and able to provide clear direction

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in technical field andfour years of experience in management, or any similar combination of education and experience, required
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing industry, required
• Knowledge of Quality Concepts (i.e., SPC, TQM, JIT) and Quality Systems (i.e.,ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Zero Defects) is preferred
