    **Description**

    **General Scope of Work:**

    Greet visitors to the building in a professional and friendly manner.

    Create an organized and inviting front desk space.

    Help owners who require assistance between the front entrance driveway and the lobby.

    Assist residents, when help is needed, in unloading packages from their car and carrying them into lobby.

    Escort owners and guests to their cars after dark, upon request.

    Keep the desk and bathroom organized and fully stocked of all supplies.

    Deliver newspapers.

    Deliver UPS, FED EX, USPS, and Amazon packages during the daily shift change (3:30 to 4 pm), and as time and other job duties permit. For all other deliveries, including food, call the owner to inform them that the delivery person is on his/her way to the unit with the delivery. If the owner does not answer, leave a voicemail message notifying them that they have a package at the desk.

    Act as the point of contact for all contractors in order to monitor deliveries and accessibility to the building.

    Log all activity of contractors and vendors into the logbook (date, time of arrival, and time of departure).

    Log all visitors and caregivers into logbook (date and time of arrival).

    Forward the front desk phone to the cell phone and carry the cell phone, whenever leaving the front desk.

    Document in the logbook the reason for leaving the front desk for more than 30 minutes.

    Monitor security video device to ensure a safe environment for residents.

    Notify the Property Manager when:

    + there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed;

    + contractors/vendors, who are working for Condo 5, provide status information about their work;

    + there is a change to the staff schedule, including but not limited to switching shifts, calling off, late arrival, or early departure.

    Check, at the end of the night shift, all exterior doors to make sure everything is locked and secure.

    Adhere to the Elevator Pad Protocol and any other protocols as approved by the Board.

    Call 911 or the appropriate authorities in the event of an emergency. Inform the Property Manager as well as the Condominium President or VP.

    Keep the privileged health status of unit owners and staff confidential.

    Check the FDS online calendar at the beginning of a shift. Follow up as appropriate.

    Check the FDS email account on a regular basis. Follow up as appropriate.

    Post contractor and vender work, move in/out, schedule changes, and other relevant information on the FDS online calendar as requested by the Property Manager and/or Condo Board President or VP, or in accordance with established procedures. (This applies to full-time staff only.)

    Enter requests from unit owners in the logbook and communicate them to the Property Manager and/or Condominium President or VP.

    Perform additional job-related projects as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Condominium President or VP.

    **Qualifications:**

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.

    Excellent customer service skills with a high attention to detail.

    Ability to prioritize workload based on daily requirements and owners needs.

    Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Positive attitude and team-oriented.
