Our Aurora-based intake center is the heartbeat of our client intake process—and we are offering a unique role for an experienced personal injury attorney who is ready to do meaningful work without worrying about deadlines or court cases.

This position will be in office 95% of the time, with occasional travel in Colorado to meet with clients that require additional in person assistance.

Job Description:

• Act as the first legal point of contact for people in need.
• Advise the intake department on processes, procedures, and compliance,
• Speak with potential clients on legal questions related to their case and occasionally visit with potential clients in person to gather additional information.
• Work with our intake agents and investigators to identify, clarify, and evaluate new personal injury and workers' compensation cases and identify potential conflicts of interest
• Use your legal judgment to make real-time case acceptance decisions on behalf of the law firm
• Evaluate process and advise the intake department on legal issues
• Provide clear, compassionate consultation to help clients understand their rights

Qualifications:

• Must have a license to practice law in Colorado
• Experience in auto, catastrophic accidents, and/or workers' compensation law
• 5+ years of hands-on personal injury experience
• Able to assess cases quickly and make confident judgment calls
• A strong communicator who thrives in first-contact consultations
• Ready for a refreshing change from courtroom chaos and ongoing case management
