    Residential Property Surveyor

    Location: Raleigh, NC

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Residential Property Surveyor to join our team. As a Residential Property Surveyor, you will conduct thorough boundary analysis and survey of a residential property for construction, real estate transactions, and other survey needs. You will play a critical role in providing accurate data and analysis to support our clients in making informed decisions about their real estate investments.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct detailed surveys of residential properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, and residential parcels.
    2. Utilize advanced surveying techniques and equipment to measure and collect survey data.
    3. Research and analyze property boundary and prepare for field surveys.
    4. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation of survey findings, including written descriptions, photographs, and diagrams, to communicate results to clients.
    5. Collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, developers, and other professionals to address any issues or concerns related to property surveys.
    6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting residential property surveying, and incorporate this knowledge into your work.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in residential property surveying, with a basic understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and methodologies.
    2. Proficiency in using surveying equipment, software, and tools, such as total stations, GPS devices, CAD software, and GIS technology.
    3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and information accurately.
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
