Job summary
This position will have the responsibility and authority to schedule and dispatch FPL generation resources to economically balance load and generation in order to meet real-time system conditions.This position is also responsible to evaluate and approve OASIS requests and Tags for performing energy accounting functions.
We are seeking a Planner Scheduler-Level 4 Lead with experience in advanced scheduling, power system operations, project coordination within FPL. The successful candidate will oversee strategic planning efforts ensuring regulatory compliance on optimizing load-generation balance.
