    The National Health Service Core (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites.

    Program Manager Pay Range:

    Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.

    Salary: $69, $104,277.93 DOE

    Program Manager Summary: Program manager for the School Mental Health Program and the DHS Programs, including ISRS, Child Welfare, and Self-Sufficiency programs.

    Program Manager Education/Experience: Must meet Oregon State (OARS) requirements:

    Required:

    • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other mental health-related discipline to qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in the state of Oregon.
    • 5 years of clinical experience.
    • 2 years' experience in clinical supervision or administration duties.
    • Knowledge of, and the ability to apply theories of family treatment.
    • Skills related to working with children in a clinical setting.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully supervise and manage mental health programs and staff.

    Preferred:

    • Licensure as LPC, LMFT or LCSW.
    • Ph.D. in psychology, social work, counseling, or other mental health related discipline

    Program Manager Responsibilities:

    • Manage contracts.
    • Manage budgets.
    • Collaborate with community partners.
    • Develop and expand programs.
    • Oversee and supervise staff.
    • Clinical supervision and oversight of documentation.
    • Possible supervision of interns/clinicians seeking licensure.
    • Recruitment and retention of staff.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
    • Planning, assigning, and directing work.
    • Appraising performance
    • Rewarding and disciplining employees
    • Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Oregon driver's license, insurable driving record. Personal automobile insurance is required if clients are transported, or any agency business is conducted by the employee using his/her personal vehicle.
