- Troubleshoot all mechanical problems, repairing and maintaining plant all equipment
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to identify and correct mechanical defects.
- Perform emergency maintenance.
- Assist with the shutdown and startup of equipment on turnaround projects
- Adhere to all OSHA and National Electrical Safety Code regulations and procedures
- Installation of various types of equipment
- Developing cohesive teams between the operations and maintenance groups to improve reliability
- Ability to perform industrial construction activities
- Two (2) years of on-the-job experience or equivalent education
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance
- Familiar with computerized maintenance management systems
