    Description

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator with a focus on recruitment to join a dynamic HR teams. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, as well as providing administrative assistance across various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in human resources, with a strong preference for candidates with recruiting experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and provide support as needed.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR records, updating employee files, and assisting with HR-related inquiries from employees and managers. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist with data entry and maintenance of HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
    • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, or process improvement initiatives. Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving HR processes and practices.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and managers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • 9:00am-5:00pm
    • Monday through Friday

    Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
