    **Seeking Mechanical Assemblers in Broomfield ($20-$21/hour)**

    **Shift & Pay**

    + Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

    + $20-$21/hour DOE

    **Job Description**

    Seeking a dedicated Mechanical and Electrical Assembly Technician to construct components, sub-assemblies, and major components with precision. This role is crucial for producing high-quality air pressurization equipment. You will be expected to assemble using both mechanical and electrical techniques, including plug and play systems, and manage basic computer operations.

    **Hard Skills**

    + Experience with hand tools in a manufacturing setting

    + Proficiency in using screwdrivers, wrenches, and sockets

    + At least 1 year of production or assembly experience

    + Mechanical assembly skills

    + Electrical assembly skills

    + High School Diploma or GED equivalent

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Understanding of brazing and refrigeration systems

    **Soft Skills**

    + Adherence to safety, environmental, and quality guidelines

    + Ability to troubleshoot refrigeration component issues

    **Work Environment**

    This is a Contract-to-Hire position, on-site in Broomfield, Colorado, within a Warehouse/Manufacturing setting. You will need to stand throughout the shift. Post a 3-month training period, a modified schedule is available: Monday to Wednesday 7 am - 4:30 pm, Thursday 7 am - 3:30 pm, and Friday 7 am - 12 pm without a lunch break. Voluntary overtime is an option, requiring early arrivals or late departures.
