- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues related to building systems and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports
- Assist with general handyman tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in relevant fields are a plus
- Proven experience as a building technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Basic carpentry and general maintenance skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
