    Diagnosing Product software issues

    • Solving issues over the phone or in person Installing and configuring hardware and software Speaking to customers to get to the root of their problem.
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce
    • 24x7 Technical/Customer support
    • 5 - 10 years mainframe technical skills (HALSM) that could fill a position, part development, part support.
    • The person needs skills in JCL, REXX, MVS Utilities, SMP/E.
    • Some Systems Programming experience with z/VM and/or z/OS would be a plus.
