    NorthPoint Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading construction management firm based in Westchester, NY.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in managing ground-up and renovation projects across various sectors including commercial, corporate, retail, healthcare, and hospitality within the NY 5 Boros region.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
    Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
    Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
    Manage project resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
    Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making.
    Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
    Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to achieving project goals and objectives.
    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and performance.
    Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to overcome challenges and achieve project success.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

    Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably within the commercial, corporate, retail, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.

    Proven track record of successfully managing ground-up and renovation projects of varying scale and complexity.
    Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
    Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project).
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
    Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
