Want to work with a surgical robotics company that feels more deep tech startup than traditional MedTech. Applying the speed, tooling, and systems thinking you'd expect in autonomous vehicles or aerospace, but with the end goal of saving lives.

We're searching for the head of the company's reg and quality strategy, however you need to dive in and role up your sleeves to make this a success.

In this role you will typically be asking 3 questions constantly. Can we automate this, can we do this quicker, and can I remove obstacles from the engineering team?

You'll help shape how these products are built, tested, and cleared not just at this company, but building the future of how devices are cleared by the FDA and other regulators.

They are a software first company which means the product is iterated at lightspeed, and the hardware is just the delivery mechanism, hence the need to drive speed in the process.

There's equity on the table, title flexibility, and crucially the chance to drive product safety and innovation for one of the most ambitious startups I have had the pleasure of supporting.

The one thing that may be a snag is that the role is fully on site, they are based in the SF Bay, but this is a non negotiable.
