    We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team.

    This Account Manager will be the liaison between Saberin and its clients, responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    They act as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

    With excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, they orchestrate seamless interactions and drive business growth through client-centric approaches.

    This candidate should have exceptional organizational skills and be able to work well under pressure.
    This position will include occasional travel in the Tri-State area to meet with clients when necessary.

    Responsibilities:
    Client Relationship Management
    :
    Establishing, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
    Understanding Client Objectives
    :
    Working closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
    Oversee Project Management Milestones
    :
    Overseeing projects and campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
    Strategic Planning
    :
    Developing account strategies aligned with client goals and company objectives.
    Cross-selling and Upselling
    :
    Identifying opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing accounts.

    Problem-Solving:
    Resolving client issues and conflicts effectively and in a timely manner.
    Monitoring Performance
    :
    Tracking key account metrics and reporting on performance to clients.
    Forecasting
    :
    Providing forecasts and insights based on client trends and market conditions.
    Collaboration
    :
    Working closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure client needs are met.
    Negotiation
    :
    Negotiating contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
    Customer Advocacy
    :
    Acting as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities.
    Staying Informed
    :
    Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact clients.
    Client Training and Support
    :
    Providing guidance and training to clients on product usage, new features, and best practices.
    Reporting and Documentation
    :
    Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and account history.
    Client Retention
    :
    Implementing strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts.

    Requirements:

    Working Hours and Benefits:
    Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm in our Hauppauge, NY office, with occasional Networking events outside of standard business hours
