A great opportunity to work with a world- renowned Manufacturer in the automotive sector. This will be leading the development of the CRM customer contact strategy. This is an initial long-term contract with the potential to be made permanent at the endThis role will be flexible hybrid working 50/50 between the Bracknell HQ and the rest of the time remote.
The Role – CRM Manager
Taking ownership of the client's CRM customer contact strategy
Implement a personalised CRM engagement programme to support customers through the ecommerce channel
Analysing data to make key decisions based on ROI
Creating a new customer journey for the business using strategic thinking
Requirements- CRM Manager
A customer orientated mindset to optimise customer satisfaction
Experience of creating a start-up CRM strategy
Ideally have previous experience of using salesforce
Passionate about facts and numbers
Previous experience of liaising with agencies
Location
This position will be working in a hybrid setup 50% between home and office. This can be extremely flexible as it's done on a monthly basis. For example 2 weeks remote, 2 weeks in the office. The office is within reasonable commute of Reading, Acton, Wokingham, Windsor, Farnborough, Slough and Maidenhead.
