What You'll Be Doing
As an Electrical Technician at Nextech, you'll take the lead on critical electrical service work for our commercial customers. From troubleshooting and repairs to installations and upgrades, you'll bring power, precision, and professionalism to every project.
Here's what your day could include:
- Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Reading blueprints and wiring schematics to execute tasks accurately
- Bending pipe, pulling wire, running conduit, and installing outlets and fixtures
- Coordinating with other trades on job sites to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment — always putting safety first
- Participating in company training programs to stay up to date with evolving code and technology
- Following detailed instructions and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship

Min Compensation
USD $38.00/Hr.
Max Compensation
USD $40.00/Hr.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated, safety-conscious electrical technicians who are eager to grow and deliver excellent service.
- 4+ years of commercial electrical experience (preferred)
- State Licensed Journeyman (if required by your state)
- Familiarity with current NEC codes/Local Codes
- Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems in commercial or industrial environments
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems
- Must own basic hand tools for electrical work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screening
Physical Requirements
This role is active and hands-on. You should be able to:
- Sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Use manual dexterity and hand tools
- Operate safely on ladders and elevated platforms
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
