    Job Title

    Clinical Therapist Role Overview

    This is a clinical position that requires professionals to uphold high standards. The successful candidate will provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to assigned consumers on their case load, as well as offer case management support and detailed documentation of all clinical activities.

    The role involves close supervision by the Program Director, with a focus on managing complex cases.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Conduct thorough bio-psychological assessments for assigned consumers.
    2. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
    3. Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on productivity requirements.
    4. Evaluate consumer response to treatment and identify areas for improvement.
    5. Maintain accurate records of all program-related activities, including incident reports.
    6. Participate in regular supervision sessions with the immediate supervisor or designee.
    7. Coordinate and attend case conferences as necessary.
    8. Prioritize ongoing professional development through attendance at meetings and seminars directed by the supervisor.

    Additional Requirements

    • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Program Director.

    Prerequisites and Qualifications

    1. Hold a Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field in Human Services.
    2. Demonstrate at least two years of experience working in mental health, mental retardation, or substance abuse fields.
    3. Obtain and maintain valid FBI clearance, criminal history check, and child abuse history clearance.
    4. Participate in and complete all required CBH in-services within three months of hire and annually thereafter.

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on location and qualifications.
