    Job Title: RN CVICU

    About Us

    Saint Francis Hospital Memphis is a 510-bed acute care hospital dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to the Mid-South community.

    Role Summary

    This role provides direct clinical patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct clinical patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on a per shift basis.
    • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to nursing staff as needed.
    • Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered to all patients.
    • Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring competency of clinical staff and effective resource management.

    Requirements

    • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with experience in CVICU required.
    • CPR certification.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree).
