    Qualifications

    • 6-20+ years of experience in public accounting
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory; Master of Science in Taxation (MST) and/or Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) are highly preferred
    • Generalists, High Net Worth (HNW), Individuals, Partnerships, S-Corporations, etc.
    • Leadership, Business Development, Firmwide management experience for Director and Principal-level positions

    Compensation Packages

    Highly competitive and lucrative salary, bonuses, sign-ons, additional incentives, and perks

    • Tax Manager: $125-160,000/year
    • Senior Manager: $160-200,000/year
    • Tax Principal: $180-250,000/year
