    We seek an experienced Account Manager with a passion for the outdoors, excellent customer service skills, and leadership abilities.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage multiple properties on a weekly basis to ensure quality standards
    • Coach and motivate crews to improve morale and productivity
    • Report accidents and safety violations within 24 hours
    • Present a neat and professional appearance in company attire
    • Maintain consistent attendance and participate in team-based work

    Additional Duties:

    • Participate in snow removal during the winter season
    • Train crew members in job procedures
    • Follow company guidelines and policies
    • Manage department and customer budgets
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, with four to five years of related experience
    • DOT medical card and clean driving record
    • Bilingual Spanish speaking not required but encouraged
