Robust Neuroscience Service Line supported by:
~ Dedicated Neuro-critical care providing 24/7 coverage of 12 bed Neuro ICU.
~Outpatient Neurology Program
~ Manage a full array of emergent Inpatient Neurology consults to include stroke, encephalopathy, seizure and acute onset weakness
7 on 7 off schedule -Participate in night shift coverage on a rotating basis
Facilitate care to patients throughout the region by triaging calls from community- based hospitals and providing a plan of care
Partner with on-call Neurophysiology team as on-site treating clinician in care of EEG/EMU patients
Nurse Practitioners Require Acute Care Certification.
Experience in Neurology is Preferred,
~ position is open to new grads and those with other inpatient experience.
