- Education - Bachelor of Science is preferred.
- Experience - At least 2 years experience in healthcare or healthcare service administration. Must have at least 1 year supervisory experience in home care or a closely related health program.
- Licenses/Certifications: Must have a valid CO driver's license within 30 days of hire.
- Leading a high functioning team, including offering learning opportunities for continual growth and development.
- Ability to perform financial analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear/concise delivery
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, determine priorities, and manage time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ensuring all health services are in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Acting as the ongoing liaison with the GVH Board of Trustees, home health and hospice advisory boards, staff members, volunteers and the community.
- Implementing the Quality Assessment, Performance Improvement, and OBQI program.
- Managing a team by helping facilitate goal setting, training and coaching opportunities, and working with staff to maximize productivity and engagement.
- Maintaining and establishing department policies, standard operating procedures, strategic plan objectives, process improvement activities and safety and regulatory standards.
- Participating in health system meetings and trainings to collaborate improvement of system operations.
