- Current RN License in state of practice.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Unit specific certification as required (i.e., ACLS, PALS, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within five years of their start date.
- Recent cardiac care - cath lab, ICU, heart failure care
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

- Seeks and evaluates information acquired from other members of interdisciplinary team: patient, family, physician, non-nursing disciplines, support staff, others.

- Actively seeks patient, family, team, and physician involvement to develop plan of care including needed education.
- Collaboratively plans and prepares patients for further support needs once the current episode of care outcomes are met (i.e., teaching, referrals, and follow-up).

Clinic is open M-F, candidate will have the option of 4-10s 7a-5:30p with one assigned day off, or 5-8s 8:30a-5p M-F.
No weekends, observe all IH holidays.Additional Shift Details:
Managing tasks for coordination of care/scheduling/medication refills, pre-procedure planning. Assists with in-office testing including placing IVs and administration of medications and image enhancing agents as needed. Sees patients in office for BP check, wound check, EKG, and other walk-in concerns.

* and -Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.
* and -Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc).
