    Job DescriptionThe Country Club of Rochester is a prestigious Platinum Club of America and one of the country's oldest clubs with deep roots in the community.This is a great chance to be part of a devoted team who takes pride in providing excellent service. We are seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the Bartender PositionJob Summary:Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Bartender is responsible for the overallexecution of the member and guest beverage experience while dining at the Club.Duties/Responsibilities:· Greeting members and guests by name when possible· Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while enjoying food and beverage at the Club· Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the Club's specifications for member/guests at the bar and dining areas.· Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to member and guest needs while providing superb overall customer service· Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary· Performs other duties as directed by Senior Food & Beverage ManagerEducation and Experience:· Prior experience as a bartender or server is preferred· Prior experience at a Golf Club or Country Club is preferred

    Must have weekend, nighttime, and holiday availability.
