- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
- A reliable vehicle, current driver's license and safe driving record required.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Springwell is seeking a supervisor for the Home Care program at our Waltham office. This Supervisor provides regular administrative and clinical supervision to Case Managers and RNs. As part of an interdisciplinary team, staff conduct comprehensive assessments, create care plans and coordinate in-home services via a network of vendor agencies. The Supervisor is responsible for training staff, providing timely feedback on performance and ensuring services are delivered in compliance with program regulations.
