    Ultimate Staffing is seeking candidates for Junior Account Managers/Blood Drive Event Coordinators in Orangeburg

    These are Full-Time, IN OFFICE positions Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

    ***There is potential that you would have to be available to visit a blood drive during weekend hours If that is the case, you can adjust your weekday hours accordingly so as not to work overtime***

    Job Description:

    As part of the Donor Resources Department, the Blood Drive Event Coordinator will assist in booking a strong blood drive calendar and planning blood drive events for an assigned territory. This role works closely with the management of Donor Resources to meet and exceed the collection goals and inventory needs while building and maintaining relationships in the territory. The Blood Drive Event Coordinator will support blood drive coordinators through personalized, consistent, and proactive planning, utilization of appropriate marketing and advertising tools, donor appointment management, and appropriate follow-up.

    Ideal candidates will be very organized and detail oriented, have experience with Event Coordinating and will have strong customer service skills.

    While this is a temp-perm position, the goal of this role is to become a permanent staff member and eventually move into Account Manager.

    Pay for this position will be $20/hr - Drive time and mileage will be paid should you work more than 1 event per day.
