Job summary
The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant include supporting marketing and recruiting initiatives, preparing and finalizing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and telephone messages, and assisting with fall, IL, and summer recruiting programs.
Additionally, the role involves inputting and maintaining recruiting resumes in the viRecruit database, processing departmental check requests and reimbursements,
and coordinating with the Accounting Department to maintain timely payment processing. The role also requires developing excellent customer service relationships
with clients, attorneys, administrative staff, students candidates vendors.
