- Provide long-range clinical planning and management of clinical research projects in oncology.
- Serve as the Project Medical Monitor in cross-functional collaboration environments.
- Contribute to enhancing the quality and content of clinical programs through Department/Clinical initiatives.
- Participate in defining clinical development plans and strategies for compounds in the field of clinical and pharmaceutical oncology.
- Lead planning and management of investigator meetings and advisory boards.
- Degree or equivalent with a preference for clinical training in oncology or hemato-oncology.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical research or oncology drug development.
- PhD in a relevant research area.
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
- Medical specialty training and Board Certification.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate across functions.
