- Spearhead the UI design process, establishing a visionary direction for our websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Engage in collaborative design efforts, working closely with the design team and other departments to create user-centric designs that align with our brand identity, business goals and further galvanizes our brand's digital expression.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our digital products.
- Partner with UX lead(s) to utilize data and user preferences to inform and iterate on design decisions, striving for continuous improvement in our digital experiences.
- Participate in defining and refining our design and development processes, promoting a culture of efficiency and collaboration.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Exceptional ability to communicate visually, verbally, and in writing, with expertise in presenting, supporting choices and negotiating design concepts.
- Proficiency in Figma, , Jira, and Confluence, with a solid understanding of the web and mobile ecosystems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong independent work ethic, complemented by the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Preferred: BA in design, graphics, HCI, or a related field, and a portfolio showcasing a wide range of top tier UI design skills. 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Summary:The Senior UI Designer is crucial in defining and implementing the user experience (UX) via strategic, breakthrough and modern user interface (UI) design for our company's digital assets. This role demands a blend of creativity and technical expertise, aimed at delivering adaptive and innovative solutions to design challenges. Must be passionate about staying ahead of the curve with the latest design practices and trends, ensuring that our digital experiences are user-centric, accessible, proprietary and engaging.
The Sr Designer will be at the forefront of crafting seamless and compelling user experiences and interfaces for our digital platforms. Will directly influence the usability and overall user satisfaction with our products. Collaboration is key, as the Sr Designer will work alongside a talented team of designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders, employing expertise in design tools and technologies to turn visionary concepts into reality.
