    The Senior Manager, Business Partner, Specialty; US Digital, Data & Tech will deliver value continuously by collaborating with the Specialty commercial team to develop and deliver digital and technology requirements, data requirements, account management, business process re-engineering, solution design and implementation.

    The Business Partner will lead digital, data and tech initiatives that are directly connected to the biggest business challenges with the highest impact and play an important role delivering Omnichannel, Data and emerging AI tech transformation. Ensures cost effective and/or innovative IT solutions are put in place in alignment with the business strategy, prioritizing and managing across business teams and partner agencies to deliver with excellence and on time. This role is focused on building and maintaining close partnerships with customers and related solution groups to become the recognized digital and tech expert and sought partner for Specialty commercial team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following.
    • Work collaboratively with brand leaders across both business and Tech to support GSK's Digital/Omnichannel strategy and initiative launch plan support for the Specialty Business Unit in the U.S.
    • Manage the delivery of initiatives within the Specialty Business Unit digital, data and tech action plan connecting digital and tech solutions to business strategy, including products in the innovation portfolio, such as the use of generative AI, connected to a specific business use case with associated value.
    • Ensure project plans for Digital Strategy implementation stay on track and get ahead of possible barriers through frequent contact with those responsible for delivering tactics related to the strategy roadmap.
    • Determine and understand your customer's digital and technology needs better than anyone, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, to ensure effective implementation of GSK's digital/AI/Data/Omnichannel strategy.
    • Create and lead the process of integrating IT systems related to the strategy to meet the requirements of Specialty, Tech and GSK
    • Evaluate project constrains to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform re-engineering if required.
    • Update stakeholders about any issues connected to capabilities, the architecture or processes.
    • Analyse the business impact that individual technical choices may have on the Specialty business processes and propose effective solutions.
    • Guide and influence employee teams and agency partners delivering capabilities, content and agile development.
    • Stay up-to-date and externally focused on emerging technologies and propose changes to the existing capabilities to benefit GSK's rapidly growing Specialty business unit.
    • Interact directly with all Tech groups, business owners/users, external product vendors, data vendors, and offshore support suppliers, building and maintaining strong and effective relationships.
    • Ensure that technical delivery is fully compliant with GSK's security, quality, and regulatory standards.
    • Encourage use of relevant pharma tech and central services and collaborate with service partners in the identification and delivery of service improvements.
    • Work closely with Product Owners on release planning and roadmaps aligned with Specialty operating plans as they relate to digital strategy and Omnichannel marketing implementation.
    • Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
    • Support and advance modern marketing automation through use case development, implementation, and continuous improvement processes.
    • Responsible for making sure project goals are achieved on time in alignment with the stakeholders' expectation.


    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
    • BA/BS degree.
    • 6+ years' experience in delivering digital, data and tech solutions in healthcare or pharma industries.
    • Experience with Omnichannel marketing supporting how GSK interacts with healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.
    • Experience in the marketing technology domain identifying and connecting tech solutions to business challenges.
    • Experience identifying and connecting data, business partnerships and AI solutions to address opportunities.
    • Experience in product management.
    • Experience of working within a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations.
    • You are familiar with the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software and services in use for delivering information services.
    • You have worked in an agile organization.
    • You have been part of teams that have developed successful software products from concept to adoption.
    • You have the ability to define the beneficial solutions and the ones which are inefficient for a particular business need.
    • You can build understanding of the business area strategic goals, processes and workflow, and of the IT tools deployed.
    • You have the ability to drive outcomes and manage client expectations.
