    Description

    Spec/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
    • Architecting Salesforce solutions required
    • Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Identity and Access Management Designer, Integration Architecture Designer, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Heroku Architecture Designer, and Application – System – B2C Solution – Technical Architect certifications a plus
    • At least 5 years of business experience in architecting enterprise solutions
    • Identifying, testing and managing risk: Identify and evaluate the risk to eliminate or mitigate
    • Knowledge of software development process and technical skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: must convey technical language to other non-technical stakeholders
    • Fluency in English, oral and written

    Soft skills:


    team work, self-driven, self managable, team oriented but able to work independently, able to communicate at technical and non-technical level.


    Must:
    Advanced english level, knowledge of software development, 5+ years of experience with Salesforce (Architecting or Solutioning)


    Desirable:
    Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Identity and Access Management Designer, Integration Architecture Designer, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Heroku Architecture Designer, and Application – System – B2C Solution – Technical Architect certifications a plus


    Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Participate in meetings with the department heads to gauge their business's needs and learn more about factors affecting communication, productivity or employee satisfaction.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
    • Analyze current technologies used within Salesforce and determine ways to improve
    • Identify areas where Salesforce can support business needs and goals.
    • Work with business units to develop Salesforce strategies and to improve current Salesforce implementations.
    • Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
    • Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions.
    • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
    • Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
    • Define clear goals for all aspects of a project
    • Prepare and document testing requirements.
