    The Basics of a Branch Operations Supervisor role:

    • Weekly schedules will be set between the hours of Monday thru Friday 8:45 am to 5:15 pm.
    • Rotating Saturday hours from 8:45 am-1:30 pm.

    Summary of what you'll do as a Branch Operations Supervisor:

    The Branch Operations Supervisor role will direct all aspects of day-to-day branch operations to provide a Top-Tier experience for members.

    • Attract, coach, and engage assigned staff through servant leadership and continuous coaching.
    • Process cash orders, and balance vault, and perform periodic audits of cash drawers.
    • Account for inventories of money orders, cashiers checks, gift cards, and other services sold.
    • Resolve complex member issues by performing research and follow-up with members.
    • Recommend process improvements in order to streamline or reduce costs.
    • Coordinate with Learning & Development to ensure assigned team members are developing their skills and are fully trained on operational tasks.
    • Participate in the implementation of branch business goals, coaching staff, and assist in achieving annual branch goals.
    • Act in a Branch Associate role as needed.
    • Reinforce the Credit Unions mission, vision, and values by serving as a culture agent, motivating employees to achieve higher standards, and promoting a commitment to excellence in service, and technology-driven products and processes.
    • Promote community development initiatives and volunteers in the communities serviced by the branch.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Must Haves:

    • Servant Leadership, Verbal & Written Communication, Attention to Detail, Complex Problem Solving, Coaching & Upskilling.
    • 2+ years of credit union or banking experience in a branch operations role.
    • HS Diploma/GED
