- Repairs and monitors air conditioning systems (central and package), heating systems (water and steam), steam systems (high, medium, low pressure), temperature readings on fans and pumps.
- Maintains chilled water ,steam ,condensate ,roof leader,glass acid piping,and all other related piping.
