    Job Description

    1. Act as trusted advisor to the Americas Leadership Team balancing strategic thinking with operational rigor helping set the strategic direction for the business and conducting competitive analysis to provide both offensive and defensive plays identifying opportunities shaping how strategy is evaluated financially establishing clear frameworks insights executive-level narratives.
    2. Translate strategy into actionable insights driving profitable scalable growth acting as connective leader across Finance key stakeholders ensuring alignment on operational metrics financial priorities collaborating Revenue Operations Marketing Product consistency assumptions metrics.
    3.
