Job Title: The Laurel Hotel

The Door Attendant will provide exceptional service to guests by responding to inquiries about hotel policies and services, resolving occupants' complaints, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with valet parking their vehicles.
• Park guests' vehicles as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for opening all doors for all guests.


2. Familiarize yourself with the hotel's amenities and points of interest.


3. Evaluate guest needs and arrange special requests, including bike rentals and sightseeing tours.

No taxis are required. you are not expected to walk through unsafe areas or cold weather.
