- Build and maintain strong relationships within the regional commercial team.

- Stay up-to-date on product and technical knowledge.
- Provide continuing customer education through product updates and presentations.
- Communicate market trends and shifts to the Regional Manager.
- Identify top commercial-based customers in the geographic market.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers to secure regional and national specifications for company products.
- Track commercial projects from specification to completion and invoice.
- Promote Crossville Inc. and Crossville Studios brand and product portfolio professionally.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
