Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

What You'll Do:

You will be a collaborative team player, working alongside other associates to build a strong meat team. You'll communicate effectively with your team members, be flexible to the needs of the business, and work in other areas as required.

You will also be an expert in your field, demonstrating knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance. You'll prepare meat products according to established standards, cutting boneless meat products, and maintaining product quality standards.

In addition, you'll leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. You'll utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.

As an owner, you'll ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintaining work area according to company policies and procedures. You'll ensure quality and date control standards for meat products, secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, you must be 18 years of age or older and successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

Preferred Qualifications:
