    Administrative and Financial Analyst

    Position Overview:


    As the Administrative and Financial Analyst Dukanee Beauty Supply, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support.

    In this dynamic position, you will contribute to the achievement of company objectives by performing a variety of tasks, from safeguarding financial transactions to coordinating events and managing administrative projects.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Efficiently manage administrative tasks and safeguard bank deposits while ensuring billing and time procedures are accomplished.
    Provide support in the preparation, compilation, and analysis of financial statements.
    Perform bookkeeping tasks and offer expertise in QuickBooks consulting and management.
    Utilize software for document preparation, report generation, and presentations.
    Assist in handling monthly organizational payroll remittances and the preparation of financial statements and reports.
    Update and analyze spreadsheets and databases for performance and sales data.
    Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
    Schedule and assign administrative projects, ensuring timely completion while handling confidential information discreetly.
    Ensure the organization complies with necessary tax, permit, and licensing requirements.
    Oversee financial control activities, analyze monthly and quarterly numbers, and provide accurate financial information for decision-making.


    Requirements and Qualifications:
    Certification in Quickbooks or Proadvisor Desktop and Online
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
    Accounting experience in wholesale or retail product sales companies preferred
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative management.
    Proficiency in Google Drive
    Experience in the preparation and payment of Sale Tax in the state of Florida
    Proactive, organized and able to complete assigned task within deadlines
    Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
    Capable of lifting in excess of 25 pounds.


    Education:
    Quickbooks Certified or Proadvisor Certified
    High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    Additional certifications or coursework in Accounting or Bookkeeping


    Schedule:

    Full Time Position:
    Monday to Friday (Weekend Availability)

    Compensation and

    Benefits:


    Salary:
    $45,000 to $50,000
