    Program Manager of Stretch & Recovery .

    This is a great position for someone who loves sales and is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals.

    The Sr.

    Program Manager of Stretch & Recovery will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be responsible for the end-to-end creation and scalability of the Stretch Department.

    The ideal candidates must have a passion for fitness, great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results.

    We are seeking a true owner/operator to take our Stretch Program from a concept to a scalable program across the organization.


    Some of the Duties Include:
    Responsible for evaluating and determining the overall stretch program including pricing and compensation.

    Develop a team of Stretch Sales Associates and Myofascial Technicians, across multiple locations, to sell Stretch packages to membersManage P&L, including both revenue targets and payrollPartner with Marketing for advertising and lead generationAssist Stretch Managers in managing and creating staff schedules.

    Partner with HR/Recruiting to develop job descriptions and ensure each location's Stretch departments are properly staffedPartner with Planning & Development team for ordering equipment and supplies for current and future locationsReview member feedback and evaluate program offerings, as needed, to ensure program success.

    We're looking for someone who has/is:3-5 years of fitness sales and/or operations experience.
    Able to travel to locations in Arizona & Utah 2-3x per month.
    Ability to coach and develop other team members effectively.
    Superior communication skills and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
    Highly organized, proficient in data management; ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and identify opportunities to improve service.
    Professional, punctual, reliable, strong attention to detail and able to handle confidential information.

    Ability to successfully perform assisted stretching programs on clients of all sizes and age groups.2+ years of experience managing program-based revenue streamsAbility to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals.

    Motivated to continually learn about exercise science, fascial anatomy and fitness programming.


    Education:
    Must have valid PT certificationExperience leading individual or group assisted stretching programsCPR certification required within 30 days of hire

    Physical Requirements:
    The ability to stand for extended periods.
    Capable of sitting at a desk/computer for extended durations.
    Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 40 pounds.
