    Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform

    Departments with varying duties may
    include Carbon Friction, Linings, Inspection, Shipping and Receiving, and
    Assembly.

    Follow
    production schedules and complete work within specific time frames to meet
    production targets.
    Adhere
    to specific operating and work instructions, with the ability to adjust
    production equipment when necessary and in accordance with manufacturing
    procedures. Record data and complete production reports.

    Inspect products for
    visual defects in accordance with established standards, ensuring that all
    parts meet quality specifications. Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems,
    contributing to continual process improvements and the effectiveness of the
    team.

    Follow good safety and
    housekeeping practices in assigned work areas and throughout the plant.
    Must be able to operate a
    powered industrial vehicle if required for job duties.

    Perform other duties as
    directed by supervision to support the overall production process and meet
    business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate assigned equipment.
    • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
    • Support the Honeywell Operating System
    • Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
    • Comply with all safety rules.
    • Record and report production data.
    • Analyze data and production reports
    • Set up and change over equipment

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • High School graduate or equivalent experience
    • Due to Federal regulations, candidate must be either a US Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident
    • Basic math skills and the ability to accurately record data
    • Basic reading and writing skills
