- Supports and models behaviors aligned with Billings Clinic's Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Business Conduct. Complies with all organizational and departmental requirements.
- Creates and maintains gift shop(s) daily work schedule for store coverage, trains volunteers on protocols and customer service, and provides administrative support for retail operation success.
- Oversees accounts receivable and accounts payable, balances daily sales, prepares deposits, and maintains payroll deduct spreadsheet.
- Manages cash drawer, reconciles transactions, generates reports through Counterpoint system, and analyzes trends for the Director of Volunteer Services/Buyer.
- Handles merchandise delivery, invoices, credits processing, sales promotions, pricing, and inventory counts.
- Purchases merchandise within budget, facilitates day-to-day sales operations, and orients volunteers on store protocols and marketing strategies.
- Organizes inventory storage, plans store layout, replenishes merchandise, and maintains store presentation.
- Performs other assigned duties to meet departmental needs.

In collaboration with Director of Volunteer Services/Buyer, monitors financial and operational performance of the Billings Clinic Gift Shop and Breast Boutique to ensure stores' objectives and budgets are met. Responsibilities include overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, inventory management, team merchandising, and supporting Gift Shop Volunteers.
