    Job Description

    The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner is a member health care team and providing care and performs selective medical services. The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner is responsible for meeting and maintaining established medical protocols. At a minimum, must perform established Washington Health System Core Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners Skills & Responsibilities.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Accountable and responsible for providing primary health care and performs selective medical services to patients and families.
    2. Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patients' medical, physical, and psychosocial status.
    3. Accurately reports information to medical staff and members of the Family Medicine Service in order that they may intervene to provide adequate and appropriate care.
    4. Completes and demonstrates competency in all technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated according to established Washington Health System Core Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Skills & Responsibilities.

    Department: WHS Lakeside Primary Care

    Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM

    Hours per Week: 40 hours
