Compensation: $23 - $25/hr
Location: Beaumont, TX
Help Desk Technician:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Technician to join their team

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot Office 365 applications, desktops and laptops, and printers/scanners at the facility
Communicate with end users in person, via phone, and via email to resolve technical issues
Manage users, accounts, and passwords in Active Directory

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience with Active Directory management
Experience troubleshooting Office 365 applications
Experience troubleshooting printers, scanners, desktops, and other office equipment in an IT support environment
High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's in IT preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

A+ or Network+ certifications a plus
Basic understanding of VOIP and legacy phone systems
