Our client, located southeast of Raleigh, is hiring a Senior Project Manager in water/wastewater treatment plant construction. If you have at least 5 years of experience in project management in this area, we want to talk to you

The Senior Project Manager provides overall management and direction of one (1) or more large revenue projects with a focus on establishing project objectives and procedures through planning, directing, and coordinating construction and financial activities ensuring safe completion on time and under budget.

Responsibilities:

• Establish project expectations, policies, procedures, and standards as aligned with company policies.
• Plan, organize, and work with Superintendent, Division Manager, and Talent Acquisition Director to staff key positions.
• Visit job sites regularly.
• Oversee and direct negotiations with Division Manager.
• Work with Chief Estimator and Division Manager to review and determine projects to bid.
• Review and provide feedback on bid estimates during the bidding phase.
• Meet with engineers and owners and help develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as managing construction projects
• Experience in construction, finance, design, scheduling, and management required
