- Work with the team and the client to manage, maintain, and improve the global bulk fuels governance structure.
- Coordinate inputs/products that contribute to the overall leadership decision cycle.
- Manage changes to policy, procedures, governance documentation regarding the program.
- Attend/lead meetings regarding planning and posture of global bulk fuels.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the bulk fuels training/education program.
- Liaise with client and external agencies to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with other large scale projects as assigned.
- Drive changes to organizational information hubs (SharePoint, literature, etc.).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree; OR FOUR (4) years 'of experience relevant to program analyst, or communications or logistics or training and/or military service experience
- ONE (1) or more years of experience relevant to program analyst or communications or logistics or training and/or military service experience
- Experience supporting client facing
- DoD Experience is a plus
- Experience at the Headquarters' level of a military organization
- Superior communication skills
- Experience in a logistics role
- Experience with the management of bulk fuels
