- Provide timely technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Implement and maintain internal IT support ticketing system.
- Generate weekly reports for the IT Manager detailing open and resolved support ticket issues.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), as well as 365 Security and AzureAD/Entra Identity.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and QoS.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Crimp RJ45 ends as needed for network cable installations and repairs.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support team as necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite and basic networking concepts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must pass a 5-10 question multiple-choice questionnaire during the interview process.
- Completion of a 90-day probation period is mandatory.
- Certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT support, with the ability to provide timely and effective technical assistance to end-users across various communication channels. While some training will be provided, candidates must have a basic understanding of networking concepts and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
