    Our client is a leading Business Services Group with a turnover in the region of £15m which has seen continuous growth in excess of 20% per annum.

    With an enviable client base of businesses ranging from start-ups to overseas companies investing in the UK, the firm is seeking to leverage these growing number of clients by setting up an accountancy firm offering.

    Based from their fantastic offices in the West End, the firm seek to grow a high quality accounting firm that can offer both a service to micro businesses as well as larger and more complex clients.

    They are seeking to hire an entrepreneurial and driven practice-based Director who will join the Senior Management Team and launch a new accountancy brand within the Group, which will provide outsourced bookkeeping, accountancy and year end compliance services to the client base and clients obtained via the new accountancy website.

    Operate as a strategic leader, and own overall responsibility, for an offshore client services team who offer outsourced accounting services to a wide-ranging client pool of typically SMEs.

    Develop and implement strategies to optimize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through identifying new service line offerings to existing and prospective clients and optimising the pricing structures.

    Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into client service performance, trends, and opportunities.

    A qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA etc) likely working in a practice firm (probably medium sized and with strong experience in an outsourcing capacity) who has assumed a broad range of technical experience in the current role - tax, management accounts, bookkeeping, statutory accounts, and general advisory.

    ~ A creative thinker, exceptionally commercially minded, who can identify new business opportunities of "leads" generated from an existing client base and/or new warm enquiries.
