We are seeking an experienced Steel Erection Project Manager – to lead complex structural steel projects from preconstruction through closeout.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams and works closely with Operations, Superintendents, Foremen, Estimating, and Accounting to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Manage steel erection projects from award through closeout.
Partner with Sales, Estimating, and Operations to align scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and execute project plans, including manpower, sequencing, and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary client contact and manage all project communications.
Monitor project progress, resolve execution issues, and remove obstacles for field teams.
Maintain accountability for project costs, forecasting, billing, and cash flow.
Manage change orders, cost-to-complete, and monthly financial updates.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements, and company policies.
Oversee project closeout and documentation.
Performance Expectations

Requirements
Proven project management experience in steel erection or structural construction.
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects with full profit and loss responsibility.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, change management, and financial controls.
Ability to lead field teams and manage client relationships in active jobsite environments.
Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to support projects in the Atlanta and Orlando markets as business needs require.
