    • Executes menus in accordance to brand standards and core signatures
    • Maintain recipes to meet core standards, ensuring quality and authenticity.
    • Train and delegate tasks to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Assists in all phases of planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation.
    • Oversee purchasing and inventory management to minimize waste and avoid shortages.
    • Oversee sanitation and operation of equipment in accordance with department procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety and qualify.
    • Ensures show quality standards are maintained at all times.
    • Oversees purchasing and inventory with focus on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages.

    • Operates food-service equipment in a safe manner and according to established policies and procedures.
    • Regularly obtains feedback from clients and guest to improve operations and guest experience.
    • Leads Culinary team through guidance, performance management, and training to ensure every team member delivers a great guest experience and adheres to quality standards.
    • Ensures all staff are maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
    • Fosters positive and collaborative working environment for staff
    • Communicate effectively with kitchen, management and front-of-house staff.
    • Assists with reducing operation costs; increasing productivity and monitors labor plan throughout shifts
    • Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products.
    • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements
    • Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements
    • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), E-mail, and the internet.
    • Previous experience using inventory management and purchasing software preferred
    • Valid food handler card, ServSafe certification and/or Alcohol certification may be required.
    • Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.

    Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.

    • Culinary degree preferred
    • Previous culinary experience, preferable 3 or more years in culinary management position
